These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 888gg ("the Platform", "we", "us"). During registration you must provide accurate personal information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. 888gg may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age, or ownership of the payment method used at any time.
One account per player. You are permitted to maintain only one account on 888gg. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact support rather than creating a new one. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds associated with them will be forfeited. Winnings made using bonus funds in a duplicate account may also be voided.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. 888gg will not be liable for losses that occur as a result of you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.
Accurate information. You must keep your account details up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or other registered information changes, update your account accordingly. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods that match the name on your account.
Account currency. All 888gg accounts operate in PKR. You cannot change your account currency after registration.
Dormant accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 888gg may charge a reasonable inactivity fee on dormant account balances after a defined period of inactivity, as specified in the current fee schedule available on the platform. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
Deposits. 888gg accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and supported mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your balance promptly, though processing times may vary slightly depending on the method used.
Your own funds only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method that is not registered in your name is strictly prohibited. 888gg reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals. To request a withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a withdrawal request through the cashier section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If that is not available, you will be asked to provide a verified alternative.
Verification before withdrawal. 888gg may require identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal or any large withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account, or a recent bank statement. Providing these documents promptly helps avoid delays.
Withdrawal processing times. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe listed in the cashier section at the time of your request. Delays can occur if verification documents are pending or if a withdrawal is flagged for additional review. We aim to process verified withdrawals as quickly as possible.
Minimum withdrawal amount. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.
888gg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — which are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
Wagering requirements. When a bonus is credited to your account, you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated per promotion.
Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus abuse. Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other method that 888gg determines to be abuse of the promotional system will result in the bonus being voided and, in serious cases, account suspension.
Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Promotional changes. 888gg reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered, provided there is no evidence of abuse.
All bets placed on 888gg — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, casino games, live casino tables, slot games, or bingo rooms — are subject to the specific rules of that product section. These are available within each section of the platform.
Bet acceptance. 888gg reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. This may occur due to stake limits, account restrictions, or market availability. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number.
Errors and technical faults. If a game malfunctions, a live stream fails, or odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error, 888gg reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings derived from obvious errors — such as incorrectly displayed odds or game software faults — will not be paid out and stakes will be returned instead.
Cricket and PSL markets. Betting markets for cricket matches, including PSL fixtures and T20 internationals, are offered subject to official match results as determined by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches or matches affected by weather or other interruptions will be settled according to the rules stated in the sportsbook section at the time the market was offered.
In-play betting. Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and esports events. In-play bets are accepted at the displayed odds at the time of confirmation. 888gg may suspend in-play markets at any point without notice, particularly during key moments of play.
Maximum winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are specified in the sportsbook terms and vary by sport and market type. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit.
888gg takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming on 888gg should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income, a way to recover previous losses, or something you feel unable to stop. We provide tools to help you manage your activity on the platform.
Self-exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or deposit, and no promotional offers will be sent to you.
Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — any increase to a deposit limit will take effect after a cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions.
Reality checks. You can enable session time reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing. We encourage all players to use these tools.

888gg reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it reasonably suspects of breaching these conduct standards. Where a breach is confirmed, the appropriate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities — will be taken.
By 888gg. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unverified identity, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or conduct that harms the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.
By the player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 888gg support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Funds on closure. Real-money balances (non-bonus) on legitimately operated accounts will be returned upon verified closure requests. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 888gg reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
888gg provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the platform will always be available — particularly during scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted, 888gg shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any player in connection with their account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You accept that online gaming involves an element of financial risk and that you participate voluntarily. 888gg is not responsible for the personal financial decisions you make while using the platform.
888gg collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments in PKR, and provide customer support. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell player data to third parties. 888gg reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and, where we hold a valid email address for your account, send a notification by email. The updated Terms will display a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using 888gg and request account closure before the changes take effect.
